This prospectus is an online, Greater Manchester-wide guide to educational provision for learners aged 14-19. 

Its aim is to give young people in Greater Manchester clear details of the all the learning opportunities and pathways open to them.  Young people can use this prospectus to select and view the learning opportunities available and partners can communicate the full range of curriculum choices that are on offer.

The prospectus has been produced in collaboration and partnership by all ten boroughs in Greater Manchester and the Learning and Skills Council (LSC); its development has been funded by the LSC. The site was designed with help from students across Greater Manchester and builds on the good practice already in existence in the borough prospectuses.

The prospectus contains a searchable list and full details of all education and training courses on offer to learners aged 14-19 across Greater Manchester. The information will be kept up to date by all the schools, colleges and training organisations that provide the courses. It is hosted by Idaho.

In the longer term, the prospectus should help planners to improve and develop the Greater Manchester 14-19 offer, its quality, distribution and the progression routes available.
